Shelf-space is crowded, and consumers are often overwhelmed by the sheer volume of choice. Your packaging has 3 seconds to speak to your audience–promising them a unique and worthwhile experience. At BRANDViVA!, we listen, learn and use your goals & objectives as the foundation for creative breakthroughs. We deliver hardworking solutions that both speak and sell.

Our process is tailored to reflect the particulars of your project: scope, timeline, objectives and budget. While the details will vary from project to project, below is an outline of what to expect when you work with BRANDViVA!
We discuss project scope, objectives, budget and timeline. Based on the information gathered at this meeting, a detailed project proposal is submitted. The proposal outlines services, deliverables, fees, terms and conditions. Upon receipt of a signed proposal and down-payment, the project will begin.
We discuss history, position evaluations, customer profiles, vision and project objectives. This meeting typically takes 1-2 hours and is a crucial platform for the design phase. After this meeting, a Creative Brief is submitted. This brief outlines project objectives and creative concepts to explore. Upon receipt of a signed Creative Brief, the initial creative phase begins.
In this phase, we explore and develop concepts, then present the intial ideas to you at a work session. In this work session, we discuss each concept, determine the strongest concept and establish refinements to the chosen design direction.
We work to refine the concept based on your feedback, and present the refined idea to you at a work session. We discuss the refinements and establish any final adjustments that need to be made.
Once final adjustments have been made, we present the final product and outline the necessary steps for output. Depending on the nature of the project, this may entail working closely with a printing company or a web developer.
We work closely with your vendor to prepare files that are print or web-ready. We follow the project through to completion, ensuring the best possible end-product. This may include viewing pre-press proofs, performing press checks or reviewing site structure prior to live upload.
