RE/MAX World Headquarters, CEO, Adam Contos

RE/MAX, LLC is a well-known, leading global real estate franchise. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, since 1973, it has gained over 120,000 agents in more than 100 countries and territories. Adam Contos initially joined RE/MAX World Headquarters as an independent contractor in 2003 and became the company’s CEO in 2018.

Before the Mind, Body and Business project, Brand Viva partnered with Contos to produce his independent podcast, Start With A Win.

Overview

After various businesses and organizations in the United States began to shut down and eliminate in-person gatherings in mid-March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Adam Contos partnered with our team to develop a web show series called Mind, Body and Business.

The web series focused on personal and professional growth, delivering a holistic approach to success, health, and well-being. The series addressed common challenges in personal and professional life and the steps needed to overcome those obstacles and thrive in all aspects of life. The purpose of Mind, Body and Business was to provide a grounding and actionable experience for viewers as the nation experienced uncertainty during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With Contos as the show’s host, the first episode launched in early April 2020, and the series concluded mid-December of 2020.

Objective

Develop the Mind, Body and Business brand and deliver the show’s weekly creative assets.

Brand Viva collaborated with the RE/MAX team to coordinate deliverables for the MBB website landing page, social media channels, email, and video content. Our team created weekly assets, including downloadable PDFs, social media graphics, and on-screen visuals such as lower 3rds and quote graphics.

Process

In the development process of Mind, Body and Business, Brand Viva designed every visual aspect demonstrated in the series, such as the logo, video intro bumper, and all graphic design assets included in the weekly live show.

Every week, our team was responsible for developing content to reflect on each episode’s central theme. All themes focused on individual action, showcasing three key states of growth and development—your mind, body, and business. Themes ranged from personal branding, passion, kindness, positivity, authenticity, and many more.

Results

Adam Contos hosted the show every Thursday on Facebook Live. The episodes were also available to stream on RE/MAX’s Youtube channel for playback. Episode air time ranged from approximately 5-15 minutes, reaping an average weekly viewership between 1,500 to 2,500 views.

However, some episodes gained exposure exceeding 2,500 views, such as the series premiere accumulating over 8,400 views. The show originally planned to air for 12 weeks, but after receiving various positive feedback from viewers, the series concluded with 37 total episodes. Contos hosted the last episode recalling the purpose behind the show— to inspire, motivate, and provoke intellectual curiosity to all viewers, including beyond the series.
